The change I care about is that single-line ### comments get output as
single-line /**/ comments, which is what linker's @keyword parser is looking
for.

Now that minimized npm-shrinkwrap is on linker, one last shrinkwrap refresh.
...
Also delete .npm dirs from packages that no longer have direct
dependencies (only their plugins do)
