I would love to see an option to mirror all starred repositories, the reason for this is:
Github once accidentally banned my Github Account (they unbanned it a few days later after i wrote them) but i lost all my starred projects, which mean a lot to me.

I just set your sync up today and it worked flawlessly for my personal repositories.
The past years i was using Gitea and https://github.com/varunsridharan/github-gitea-mirror (which supports also syncing the stars, but doesnt have a docker option available)
Now i switched to Forgejo and your Project, i like it so far!
