Set Fast Client Scan
********************
Default 0 (disabled)
Enables fast client scanning to find the interface used by the client.
Fast scanning skips search for actual wireless interface used.
Any scan delay effects the display rewrite speed of the splash page sequence.
Useful when a large mesh or other extended network is in use.
Otherwise the Client Scan could, for large networks, take many seconds to complete.
For example, to enable:
``option fast_client_scan '1'``
