To clear all notifications, just alter cancelAllNotifications fron LocalNotifications.m file adding:
[[UIApplication sharedApplication] setApplicationIconBadgeNumber: 1];
[[UIApplication sharedApplication] setApplicationIconBadgeNumber: 0];
before [[UIApplication sharedApplication] cancelAllLocalNotifications];
