Reproduction steps

Cannot add initial passkey to admin account. Verified the .env file has the correct url and that the reverse proxy is set to true. I am using Pangolin for my reverse proxy. Error message states unknown error has occurred.

Expected behavior

It should allow my fingerprint passkey or my yubikey.

Unknown error occurred
