Reproduction steps

When clicking on "Global" Tab of "Audit Log" as a non-admin user

you're getting redirected to an error page while still being logged in.

If you click on the "Go back to home" button you you'll be redirected to a login page, but you're still logged in.

With clicking on the profile you are able to return to "My profile".

Expected behavior

The tab "Global" in "Audit Log" should not be visible for non-admin users or you shouldn't be redirected to a login page while you're still logged in.

Actual Behavior

The "Global" tab in "Audit Log" is visible for non-admin users and when clicking it you will get to an error page.
