Feature description

I'm sorry, but I'm not a huge fan of the newly introduced UI animations in https://github.com/pocket-id/pocket-id/issues/381 (1a234eb2ad and 9fe7f65d23), they're too distracting, could this please be configurable (toggle on/off in config?) , or perhaps redone in a way that less noticable?
