collect the following metrics for autoprecompiles: - `(before|after)_opt_(cols|constraints|interactions)` - `total_apc_gen_time` - `apc_gen_time` per autoprecompile - `num_calls` per autoprecompile

Use command execute to run the program only, and prove to prove.
The prove command has a mock option to only check the constraints.
