moebius 9d7173c9a7 chore: add yarn circuit scripts (#13) ...

Updated `package.json` with new `yarn` scripts to:
- get information about the withdrawal circuit
- setup the ceremony for the withdrawal circuit
- prove using some default inputs
- verify the resultant proof
- generate the groth16 solidity verifier smart contract
