* Updated go.mod to v1.25.1.

Run `golangci-lint migrate`
GolangCI lint: Add `noinlineerr`.
Run `golangci-lint run --config=.golangci.yml`.
`golangci`: Add `--new`.

* `go.yml`: Added `fetch-depth: 0` to have something working with merge queue according to
