* add `LightClientBootstrapElectra` to proto

* add `LightClientUpdateElectra` to proto

* implement `bootstrapElectra`

* add ssz support for `LightClientBootstrapElectra`

* remove unused type

* update `CHANGELOG.md`

* implement `updateElectra`

* refactor: remove `CurrentSyncCommitteeBranchElectra()` from `LightClientBootstrap`

* remove `NewWrappedHeaderElectra`
