f8f365346e Make sure that Rails doesn't resent session_id cookie over and over again if it's already there [#2485 state:resolved] 
This apply to only Active Record store and Memcached store, as they both store only the session_id, which will be unchanged, in the cookie.

377bdd02b9 Added :count option to pagination that'll make it possible for the ActiveRecord::Base.count call to using something else than * for the count. Especially important for count queries using DISTINCT #3839 [skaes]. Added :select option to Base.count that'll allow you to select something else than * to be counted on.
