db58391079 Remove old broken follow_redirect from functional tests. Still works in integration tests. 
The follow_redirect in functional tests only worked if you used redirect_to :id=>foo, :action=>bar, rather than named routes.

* TestCase: introduce declared setup and teardown callbacks. Pass a list of methods and an optional block to call before setup or after teardown. Setup callbacks are run in the order declared; teardown callbacks are run in reverse.  [Jeremy Kemper]

32d03af341 Introduce the request.body stream. Lazy-read to parse parameters rather than always setting RAW_POST_DATA. Reduces the memory footprint of large binary PUT requests.

b20c575ac0 New routes implementation. Simpler, faster, easier to understand. The published API for config/routes.rb is unchanged, but nearly everything else is different, so expect breakage in plugins and libs that try to fiddle with routes.

bd558ef98e Improved rendering speed on complicated templates by up to 25% #1234 [Stephan Kaes]. This did necessasitate a change to the internals of ActionView#render_template that now has four parameters. Developers of custom view handlers (like Amrita) need to update for that.
