1c16649b48 Added better support for using the same actions to output for different sources depending on the Accept header [DHH] Added Base#render(:xml => xml) that works just like Base#render(:text => text), but sets the content-type to text/xml and the charset to UTF-8 [DHH]

5568d20b2e Move methods from TestResponse into a module, so they can be shared with response objects in integration tests. (This allows standard functional test assertions to be used in integration tests, like assert_response and assert_template.)

01b1a87729 Added reusable reloading support through the inclusion of the Relodable module that all subclasses of ActiveRecord::Base, ActiveRecord::Observer, ActiveController::Base, and ActionMailer::Base automatically gets [DHH]. Added auto-loading support for classes in modules, so Conductor::Migration will look for conductor/migration.rb and Conductor::Database::Settings will look for conductor/database/settings.rb [Nicholas Seckar]. Refactored extensions to module, class, and object in active support [DHH]

e3af27c51b Improved testing of functional test setup. 
Fixed functional test setup so that :controller and :action
are stored into path_parameters using string keys.

Added with_routing test helper which can be used to dynamically
replace the current set of routes inside a unit test.

dca7efa67e Deprecated the majority of all the testing assertions and replaced them with a much smaller core and access to all the collections the old assertions relied on. That way the regular test/unit assertions can be used against these. Added documentation about how to use it all.
