377bdd02b9 Added :count option to pagination that'll make it possible for the ActiveRecord::Base.count call to using something else than * for the count. Especially important for count queries using DISTINCT #3839 [skaes]. Added :select option to Base.count that'll allow you to select something else than * to be counted on. d424674f1b SQL Server cannot sort on type text. This causes three errors in the activerecord test suite, where tests sort on the comments.body or posts.body columns. This patch changes these columns from text to varchar(4096), allowing these tests to proceed (and pass). All activerecord tests now pass under sqlserver. References #3581. [Tom Ward]

01b1a87729 Added reusable reloading support through the inclusion of the Relodable module that all subclasses of ActiveRecord::Base, ActiveRecord::Observer, ActiveController::Base, and ActionMailer::Base automatically gets [DHH]. Added auto-loading support for classes in modules, so Conductor::Migration will look for conductor/migration.rb and Conductor::Database::Settings will look for conductor/database/settings.rb [Nicholas Seckar]. Refactored extensions to module, class, and object in active support [DHH]

87535f50e9 SchemaDumper now doesn't fail anymore when there are unknown column types in the schema. Instead the table is ignored and a Comment is left in the schema.rb also added ActiveRecord::Base.schema_ignore_tables for dealing with funky tables like the tesearch2 ones.
