At the moment, there is no way to re-initiate a reverse geocoding run.
We want:

add a button to initiate a reverse geocoding run on the Settings > Geocoding page
add a danger button to Settings > Geocoding which allows clearing all data associated to the SignificantPlace
add a button to the places in Setting > Places to initiate a reverse-geocoding for one place

Add documentation how to setup your own reverse-geocoder using https://github.com/rtuszik/photon-docker
