* Move santa_action_t to SNTCommonEnums and rename to SNTAction

* Move likely and unlikely macros to a new BranchPrediction header

* Remove SNTCommon.h. Move SantaVnode to its own header.

* Add SantaVnodeHash

* Fix build deps
