Fixing package detection in apt/dpkg distros
...
'dpkg --get-selections' also returns packages that have been uninstalled but still have lingering configuration files.
Using 'dpkg --get-selections | grep -v deinstall$ | wc -l' fixes this.

It did always default to the old yellow logo for me, so I had to specifically run `screenfetch -A Ubuntu-3color`.
I don't think there's any point in keeping the old logo and not defaulting to the 3color version.

- Remove references to irc.silverirc.com, replacing it with the new channel (#screenfetch) at rizon (Closes KittyKatt#139)
- Consistently use backticks to format code
- In README.md, replace links to git.silverirc.com with GitHub
- The latter seems to be way more updated (2014-04-30 on silverirc vs 2015-02-19 on GitHub)
- Add some screenshots posted on https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=94169 (Closes KittyKatt#149)

Added better support for cpu info on Android devices.
...
Previously, this script would report an IBM PowerPC G3 on Android because
it does not have a "model name" field in /proc/cpuinfo. Instead, I check
the "Hardware" field, which should report a CPU model number.
