Add isEdgeProtected, filterUnprotectedEdges, and hasProtectedBlocks
utilities. Refactor workflow.tsx to use these helpers for:
- onEdgesChange edge removal filtering
- onConnect connection prevention
- onNodeDragStart drag prevention
- Keyboard edge deletion
- Block menu disableEdit calculation
