Secure Internet Voting Inc. (SIV) Public License

Grant of License:
The source code of the Software is provided to enable inspection for integrity and security.
Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this
software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to use, copy, modify, and
distribute the Software for non-commercial and non-governmental elections within clubs,
associations, or informal gatherings, subject to the following conditions:

1. Commercial Use Restrictions: The Software, including any modifications or derivative
   works, may not be used for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to
   resale, or distribution as a standalone product or as part of a product or service
   that is sold, offered for sale, licensed, or sublicensed, without obtaining a separate
   Commercial License from SIV.

2. Governmental Use Restrictions: No person, governmental entity, or other organization
   may use, sell, or distribute the Software or its source code, including any
   modifications or derivative works, for running public elections without obtaining a
   separate Government License from SIV.

This entire license must be included in all copies, derivative works, or substantial
portions of the Software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,

PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL SIV BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR
OTHER LIABILITY, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR
OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE. SEPARATE WARRANTY TERMS MAY APPLY UNDER A COMMERCIAL OR

Indemnification:
If your use of the Software leads to any third-party claims, you agree to indemnify,
defend, and hold harmless SIV.

Governing Law:
This License is governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes shall be
resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts of the United States. SIV reserves
the right to terminate this License at any time.
