Updates sources so that the static fonts reflect changes made to VF fonts. Updates naming of sources and file structure to rename 'master' to 'pole' and 'Roman' to Upright'. All fonts building as expected.

Removes base b&w glyphs for SVG colored emoji from GOADB and from all UFOs.
Fixes incorrect outlines for rsmallinverted (U+0281).
Upgrades UFOs to version 3 due to change needed to rsmallinverted.
Regenerates mark feature files due to change needed for rsmallinverted.
