Source Code Pro - upright version 1.020, italic version 1.005 - Removes mask layer and Unicode values AGAIN (not sure how these didn’t get removed in the last pass). Updates the regular expressions for hinting in the fontinfo files. Rebuilds all instances. Adds first, partial draft of index_to_resources file.

Source Code Pro - uprights, version 1.020 - Removes intermediate master DV file as it is not needed. Regenerates DV instance files. Adds regenerated TTFs. Removes unnecessary entries from designspace file. Tweaks the superpolator file a bit.
