Add or modify a user with owner role for a organization
Optional: Create a new collection (The owner role should have access)
This user should have full permissions to the org because of the owner role, but has no permissions to see entries in the org (Password Manager has no collections and therefore no entries)
Admin Console is working has intended
The only workaround for now is to change the role from owner to user and grant permissions to collections explicit

Expected Result

The owner role should have full permissions
