Vaultwarden Support String

Users with the new custom role (former manager role) can't invite users to an organization after upgrading to v1.33.0. They don't even have the Admin Console anymore.

Former managers could invite to an organization prior to v1.33.0.

Login as a user with the new custom role(former manager role)
There is no Admin Console in the bottom left corner

Expected Result

Admin Console should be available in the bottom left corner. A custom Role user should be able to invite users to an organization.

Actual Result

Admin Console is not available in the bottom left corner. Custom role users (former managers) don't have an option to invite users to an organization.
