Steps To Reproduce

Change the language to "zh-TW" in the Windows Application or Google Chrome Browser
Create an login item with the "Passkey"
Sync the database in Windows application
Look for the new added item in the Window Application and click on the item

Expected Result

Showing Name, Username, Password, Passkey, and Website fields as well as edit, clone, and delete button at the bottom.

Actual Result

The result only shows Name, Username, and Password. The buttons below are gone. It also freezes the Windows application when clicking on that account item.

I have tested out some several other languages such as: zh-CN, ja, hu, bn, en, they are all working normally. Tried to remove the current item and re-add the item with Passkey afterward, the issue produced.
