Steps To Reproduce

I have been using the 2-step login - Authenticator App for a while.
I have the authenticator code saved as teh TOTP on bitwarden and I also have it on Authy as a back up.

Today, I tried logging into my bitwarden web vault and it was telling mt that the TOTP was incorrect. I compaired it to the TOTP shown in Auth and they were different.
I then compaired the Authenticator codes and they were the same.

When I logged into the webvault, I then set up a new authenticator code to try and resolve the issue

Expected Result

In an ideal world, once I removed the old code and used the new one, it would have got everything working and back in sync

Actual Result

I copied the 6 digit code from the bitwarden extention and it was the wrong code, I then compaired with the code in authy and they were different. The code in authy worked as expected.
