Nothing happens. I have to go into the app on the phone, dig through Settings/Account security/Pending requests and only then choose the one awaiting and approve.

Additional Context

The app on the phone has notifications enabled and is excluded from battery optimisation. Even when the app is on screen, the popups still do not appear.

Within the web-vault, I deauthed all logins. Reinstalled the app, reconfigured and logged in. No change.
