Go to any collection that has multiple passwords in it.
Select multiple passwords
Click the vertical ellipsis at the top of the list to edit all selected passwords.
Click "Assign to Collections"
Edit the collections that the selected passwords should be added to
Click "Assign"

Expected Result

The passwords are assigned to the proper collection.

Actual Result

The "Resource not Found" error is received.

EDIT: It appears that the call is reaching out to the ciphers/bulk-collections endpoint which does not exist. This is likely the root of the problem.
