* Add serde, serialize, deserialize features to wgpu and wgpu-core
Remove trace, replay features from wgpu-types

* Do not use trace, replay in wgpu-types anymore

* Make use of deserialize, serialize features in wgpu-core

* Use serde(default) for deserialize only
