### Supporting MoneroKon
MAGIC and MoneroKon are discussing if MAGIC would be able to successfully handle their USD flow, and the MAGIC Monero Fund specifically discussed it. Given monerobull's role in organizing MoneroKon, and how some committee members may apply to speak, we deemed the conflict of interest concerns to be quite severe. It'd be optimal for MAGIC to handle it, not the MAGIC Monero Fund, if MoneroKon does want such assistance.
### Fund Custody
Given the recent failure of many centralized organizations, we re-discussed how funds are secured and considered alternative options, including ones premised on multisig.
### New Fundraising Site
We finished planning the deployment of the new fundraising site which should be live by the next meeting. It will go live at https://MoneroFund.org.

### New Fundraising Site
We celebrated the deployment of the new fundraising site which is live at https://monerofund.org/. Since some members were absent, we discussed some misc. topics. For the next meeting, we will look into the logistics of creating a newsletter.

### Newsletter
With the end of the year approaching, having achieved our prior goal of deplying a site for fundraising, we're revisiting our goal of a newsletter. The same overall goals for it apply, now just with additional items for inclusion.
### Email Delivery
Currently, MAGIC is setup with Google, and we can send emails through it to our subscribers. A more privacy-friendly option may be preferred, yet candidates for email delivery have so far been lacking.
### Further Improvements to the Fundraising Site
The current application page is a bit verbose. Narrowing its scope, allowing for more flexibility in answering, would streamline answering and increase the likelihood of applying. It would also cut out redundancy, allowing us to review proposals faster. We've named several fields for the chopping block.

### Next steps
A proposal for a new fundraiser was discussed and loose consensus for hosting it was achieved by Rucknium, Kayaba & monerobull. More details will follow later on with the fundraisers official announcement.

### mj-xmr's Grant for Reduction of Statistical Attack Risk
We previously voted to host fundraising for mj-xmr's work. The fundraising has completed its allotted time, and unfortunately, failed to raise the necessary funds. With Rucknium abstaining, the other members in attendance unanimously voted to cancel the fundraise.
### Operational discussions
With the upcoming rotation of members, retiring the access of current members who will no longer be present was discussed. The main focus was on our active websites, with further discussions on their continued maintenance.
### Parting commentary and feedback from Deverick
Deverick shared his opinion on the prior year, aiming to help give us focus for the upcoming year. Not only did they empasize greater outreach to researchers and developers, yet also helping them get involved with Monero in the first place. Our current list of research topics requires prior awareness in order to understand them. Ideally, we'd provide context and further explanations to encourage parties to pick up said topics.

### Newsletter
In our final meeting, we agreed to publish our newsletter as a summary of our past year. It has been updated to cover all of our funded proposals, and further cover the goals we've previously set. It will be published to the Monero subreddit and over email, not any additional platforms at this time.
### Summary
We also summarized the things we were proud of over the past year, and things we hoped to improve upon over the next year. The community members who are continuing into the next year hope to refocus upon these to ensure we best establish ourselves.
