Huge commit, added new options: interval times, the amount of subdirs
jad can enum. fixed incorrect eclipse project naming, fixed wrong way of
extracting files & more changes. APKtoJava is getting closer and closer
to a final v1.0 release.

Added an alternative way of making the java code (JAD), All options are
now working. Finally able to control JD-GUI completely. updated help
file and splash.

Another RC1 commit, this time I hope the "array" bug is finally fixed
for everyone. also updated apktool.jar and added aapt.exe, hope this
prevents the jd-gui error.
