Solution: StringRegExp returns an array that's why the first element of the array is used.

Huge commit, added new options: interval times, the amount of subdirs
jad can enum. fixed incorrect eclipse project naming, fixed wrong way of
extracting files & more changes. APKtoJava is getting closer and closer
to a final v1.0 release.

1408b01755 Reworked Execution 
Found a solid way to handle the external tools, only have 1 batch file
remaining, dex2jar.bat, modded it so it runs correctly!

1747c602d5 RC1 Getting closer 
Another RC1 commit, this time I hope the "array" bug is finally fixed
for everyone. also updated apktool.jar and added aapt.exe, hope this
prevents the  jd-gui error.
