Huge commit, added new options: interval times, the amount of subdirs
jad can enum. fixed incorrect eclipse project naming, fixed wrong way of
extracting files & more changes. APKtoJava is getting closer and closer
to a final v1.0 release.

How to compile:
1. Download and install AutoIT (http://www.autoitscript.com/site/autoit/downloads/)
