Added an alternative way of making the java code (JAD), All options are
now working. Finally able to control JD-GUI completely. updated help
file and splash.

Found a solid way to handle the external tools, only have 1 batch file
remaining, dex2jar.bat, modded it so it runs correctly!

Another RC1 commit, this time I hope the "array" bug is finally fixed
for everyone. also updated apktool.jar and added aapt.exe, hope this
prevents the jd-gui error.
