test: fix E2E tests after agent upload redirect change

Update URL expectations in build.spec.ts to match new agent upload behavior:
- Changed from `/build?flowID=` pattern to `/library/agents/` pattern  
- Fixed 4 test cases that broke when agent uploads were redirected to library
- Ensures tests pass with new upload destination behavior
