docs: document repository loading state implementation

Added documentation for the Git components, specifically detailing:
- The existing loading state implementation in GitRepositorySelector
- How loading and empty states are handled
- Translation support for loading states

This helps future developers understand the existing functionality.

+- Loading states with visual feedback

+The repository selector has proper loading state handling:
+1. While repositories are loading:
+   - Shows a loading spinner in the input field
