v3.5, 2018-12-23

- Fix "DisableUpdateDriver" to not block driver installation entirely (thx Nick for pointing this out) - Fix "HideShortcutArrow" to not show black squares over the icons (thx @Ozgood for helping me debug)
Update "HideShortcutArrow" to use RGBA icon, closes for #186
