7278bc62c6 Ensure start row is always >= 0 
Previously if a file was a single line
it couldn't be deleted using the delete
line command because the start row would
index one row back which would be -1 and
therefore not be able to report a length
for use in the delete range.

2697b5e402 Make npm and rake play nicely 
npm was noticing the atom.gyp file and trying to do stuff with it
automatically, and moving it out of the way ruins gyp's day. This fixes
both problems.

10c36191ec Zero-length start patterns work. 
Add zero-length captures back into OnigRegEx.BuildCaptureIndices to see zero length captures. Handle zero-length captures by continuing to scan line. Does not handle infinite loop possibility yet.
