Add applicationDelegate.getAutoUpdateManagerErrorMessage()

Sometimes, the error event gets emitted before the renderer process has
the chance to subscribe. Therefore, we expose an
`autoUpdateManager.getErrorMessage()` in the browser process, so that we
don’t lose that information.
