Commands registered with the command registry will always be handled first, so as long as we disable any listeners in the registry that were already invoked for the current command, we don’t need to disable jQuery methods before replaying the command after activating the package. This commit adds the ability to call .disableInvokedListeners on the event passed to the command listeners. This returns a function which can be called to reenable them.
Atom is a hackable text editor for the 21st century, built on atom-shell, and based on everything we love about our favorite editors. We designed it to be deeply customizable, but still approachable using the default configuration.

Installing
Mac OS X
Download the latest Atom release.
Atom will automatically update when a new release is available.
Windows
Install the Atom chocolatey package.
- Install chocolatey.
- Close and reopen your command prompt or PowerShell window.
- Run
cinst Atom - In the future run
cup Atomto upgrade to the latest release.
You can also download a .zip file from the releases page.
The Windows version does not currently automatically update so you will need to
manually upgrade to future releases by re-downloading the .zip file.
Debian Linux (Ubuntu)
Currently only a 64-bit version is available.
- Download
atom-amd64.debfrom the Atom releases page. - Run
sudo dpkg --install atom-amd64.debon the downloaded package. - Launch Atom using the installed
atomcommand.
The Linux version does not currently automatically update so you will need to repeat these steps to upgrade to future releases.
