ae87fd4a32 Some tweaks to the completion. 
- Now has a separate cache folder
- Adjust cache clean to also clear the completion cache (and fix some possible issues)
- Add two empty lines to the completion template in case the user does >> ~./bash_profile.sh

8ce4c1cdec grammar fix to README 
It could be 'an URL' or 'a URL' (depending on whether 'URL' is pronounced as an acronym, or its initials are spoken), but 'and URL' is definitely a mistake.  Since it is most likely just a typo, I'll assume 'an URL' was intended.

b544425667 completion - generic method to complete command options 
at command level, attach the `shorthand` Hash to the completion
function. The completion command will then try to complete shorthands
and longer flag based on user input.

completing after just one `-` will complete the list of short flags.

completing after just two `--` will complete the list of longer flags.

8dbffe6fa7 Move completion cache results to ~/.bower/cache/__bowercompletion__ 
for cache-clean command to be able to clean it.

__bowercompletion__ to avoid potential naming conflicts.
