Since #11099 the extensions-sdk isn't externalized anymore when bundling API extensions.
This causes rollup to pull in a lot of unnecessary dependencies that aren't automatically tree-shaken.
Fixes #11275

There's an undocumented `--yes` option, which is a rather valuable information and should be documented. For example, when you run the migration step in a CI/CD workflow, you don't want the manual prompt.
