Cheng Zhao 13c887d4c9 No more need of pathwatcher spec
It was used for testing modules not working while compiling, since the
module version increases for ABI breakage, it is not useful anymore.

Atom Shell Build Status

The Atom Shell framework lets you write cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. It is based on node.js and Chromium and is used in the Atom editor.
