Darshan Sen 8f51d3e1bf feat: add webContents.getPrintersAsync() (#31023) 
This deprecates the synchronous and blocking `webContents.getPrinters()`
function and introduces `webContents.getPrintersAsync()`, which is
asynchronous and non-blocking.
