Dave Methvin 14193e449e Create jQuery.holdReady(true/false) method to encapsulate jQuery.readyWait++ / jQuery.ready(true) logic. Fix problem where jQuery.ready may trigger twice, causing the (unsupported) document.onready to run twice. Fixes #8803 .
