Update CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md
Update our Code of Conduct to ensure our commitment to clarity, consistency, and accountability. We pledge to act and interact in ways that contribute to an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and healthy community. Community Guidelines were inspired by OpenJS's code of conduct enforcement ladder.
