As of React 16, using `ReactDOM.render` in the manner demonstrated in the `server-render` README will cause a React deprecation warning. Switching to `ReactDOM.hydrate` will avoid this. From the React docs: > Using ReactDOM.render() to hydrate a server-rendered > container is deprecated and will be removed in React 17. > Use hydrate() instead. On Linux/macOS, use this line:
curl https://install.meteor.com/ | sh
Create a project:
meteor create try-meteor
Run it:
cd try-meteor
meteor

Uninstalling Meteor
Aside from a short launcher shell script, Meteor installs itself inside your home directory. To uninstall Meteor, run:
rm -rf ~/.meteor/
sudo rm /usr/local/bin/meteor
On Windows, just run the uninstaller from your Control Panel.
