This enables using index.* modules with non-.js file extensions to make
the containing directory importable (cc @justinanastos):

Since this is a core package patch update, you can update to this version
of the modules-runtime package by running
meteor update modules-runtime
This should give you modules-runtime@0.10.1.

curl https://install.meteor.com/ | sh
Create a project:
meteor create try-meteor
Run it:
cd try-meteor

Uninstalling Meteor
Aside from a short launcher shell script, Meteor installs itself inside your home directory. To uninstall Meteor, run:
rm -rf ~/.meteor/
sudo rm /usr/local/bin/meteor
On Windows, just run the uninstaller from your Control Panel.
