dupontbertrand 8acc5b5887 Remove unnecessary NPM_CONFIG_NODEDIR env var to fix npm 11+ warning
node-gyp finds Node headers automatically via the standard directory
layout (dev_bundle/bin/node → dev_bundle/include/node/), making the
explicit NPM_CONFIG_NODEDIR setting redundant since npm 11.2.0 warns
on unrecognized env configs.
