isaacs 43538f4f8f benchmark: Add http-flamegraph

This is very similar to http.sh, but generates a flamegraph
with dtrace, pruning off the single-hit stacks so that we can
more easily see the places where relevant amounts of time are
spent.

To build:

Prerequisites (Unix only):

* Python 2.6 or 2.7
* GNU Make 3.81 or newer
* libexecinfo (FreeBSD and OpenBSD only)

Unix/Macintosh:

./configure
make
make install
